In order to provide our customers with the highest level of service, Vision's Engineering and Network Team must do regularly scheduled maintenance on our equipment to ensure that it runs smoothly. Vision Communications is also committed to keeping on top of the advances in technology that will provide even more exciting capabilities for our customers in the years to come.
Since these necessary maintenance and upgrade procedures can occasionally cause degradation or even brief interruptions in service, Vision's Infrastructure Team makes these changes at times when they will affect the least amount of customers.
The standard maintenance window is
Monday-Sunday & from midnight to 6am.
