Authorized Set-top Box Policy

Set-top boxes may be leased from Vision. Vision’s middleware provider has a testing program for set-top boxes, but to date no set-top box manufacturers that sell via retail outlets have requested testing. When alternative set-top boxes have been tested, Vision Communications will post compatible set-top box devices on this website.

Set-top Box Returning Policy

If you have changed the number of set-top boxes in your home or are cancelling TV service with us, the set-top boxes that power the service will need to be returned.

Please bring your devices to your local Vision service center and hand them to a customer service representative. The Vision service center is located at 115 West 10th Blvd, Larose, LA 70373.

If you are having difficulty getting to the service center, please contact one of our customer service representatives at and we will make shipping arrangements for the device(s).

Please note that failure to return your set top box may incur additional charges to your account.
