Policies Billing


Charges for your local service are billed one month in advance. Charges for information, long distance calls, and telegrams are based on the use up to the day your bill is prepared. Many companies that provide equipment and long distance calling service will bill their charges separately.

Bills are rendered monthly and are due within 15 days from the date of bill. For your convenience you can arrange to have your bill paid automatically by your bank. To enroll in automatic bank draft, please fill out the bank draft form and mail back with a cancelled check.

All charges billed for service must be paid before your service can be restored. You will also have to reestablish your credit, and as a result, we may require an advance payment on installation charges and a deposit.
