• You must provide a self-addressed & stamped envelope at the time you submit your ad in order to receive your picture back.
• Errors on ads made by the customer are charged an edit fee.
• Non Profit Organizations with a Federal Tax ID Number will be charged the personal rate.
• Upon approval of management, Public Service Announcements will be aired at no charge.

Ad Instructions:

• Place all text, special instructions and payment method in the body of the email.
  
• If a picture is being used, please send it as an attachment (jpeg format preferred but not limited to). Also, note that some cropping may occur to produce the highest quality image. If you would like the picture as is please specify.
• If you would like to design the ad yourself, please remember to set the document to landscape (located under page set-up). Other alterations to ads may occur due to compatibility with our publishing application.

Payment Methods:

• Current Vision account.
  
• Credit Card - If you are paying by a credit card via email, please do not include your card number in the email. Simply let us know that you would like to pay by credit card and a customer service representative will call to take your payment.
• Other forms of payment include: cash, check or money order
