Policies Returning Your Set Top Boxes

If you have changed the number of boxes in your home or are cancelling TV service with us, the set top boxes that power the service will need to be returned.

Please bring your devices to your local Vision service center and hand them to a customer service representative. The Vision service center is located at 115 West 10th Blvd, Larose, LA 70373.

If you are having difficulty getting to the service center, please contact one of our customer service representatives at and we will make shipping arrangements for the device(s).

Please note that failure to return your set top box may incur additional charges to your account.
