eServices is an electronic bill presentation and payment option that enables you to access your Vision account online. It also provides you the option to eliminate your paper bill altogether. Bills are electronically created and delivered over the Internet. Electronic payments may also be set up in order to pay your Vision bill directly from your bank account, credit/debit card. It is safe, convenient, and offers you the flexibility to manage your bills at any time and from anywhere.

How does eServices work?

During the online enrollment process in eServices, you can choose to have your bills sent electronically if you no longer want to receive a paper bill! You'll then receive eMail notifications when your bill is available online. You'll need to login to our secure website with your account number and password.

How will I know if I've been approved for eServices?

After you have enrolled, Vision Communications will send a confirmation eMail if you have an existing eMail address on your account or you will get a message online indicating that you have successfully been enrolled in eServices.
